Heartwood 1 of 3 Cask Strength Vatted Malt Whisky 65.6% ABV 500ml World Whiskies with notes of peach andDrawn from Heartwoods first ever cask, HH007, the whisky was split into three heavily charred port barrels, with this 1 of 3 then topped up in 2008 with 100% peated Lark spirit and fine tuned again in 2015 with Oloroso sherry matured peated Lark. Bottled in July 2015 at a thunderous 65. 6% ABV, this 500ml release marries 16 year Tasmania Distillery malt with 7 and 5 year Lark, from port, peated and sherry casks only 190 bottles escaped the warehouse.
