(Native) cracker When we saw the exposéNot your usual chili garlic oil, we use tthe native chili which is labuyo , not the Taiwan chilies currently being passed off as labuyo in most supermarkets. Real native labuyo chilies are sized: 1 4 cm. Any longer than that is not native labuyo. The base oil is 100% olive oil. We don't mix any other oil. Perfect on pasta, pizza, stir fried veggies or noodles, sinangag (garlic fried rice) or on the usual siomai. Shelf stable for three (03) years.
