This is an original playbill from the play The Solid Gold Cadillac written by Howard Teichmann and George S. Kaufman, starring Loring Smith and Ruth McDevitt. The show opened on Broadway on November 5, 1953 at the Belasco Theatre. In late 1954, it transferred to The Music Box Theatre, closing on February 12, 1955. This is a rare playbill from its run at The Music Box. The show was made into a movie starring Judy Holiday in 1956
