Bright, mineral and mouthwatering with wet stone, green apple and citrus zest. Partial malolactic fermentation has given a subtle creaminess that compliments the signature acidity of the region, without the sweetness often found alongside it. Open this with a good chunk of gouda, or some pat with a fresh baguette.
