The palate is bright and complex with apricot, peach and hints of passion fruit alongside lightly honeyed, brioche and almond characters. The wine has structure based around an elegant medium body, the finish holds all the flavours beautifully, and the notes of oak are very gentle with touches of clove and smoke.
