Bret Brothers, Pouilly Fuisse 'Cuvee Terres de Vergisson', 2021 Christmas Radicchio and Sausage RisottoThis wine comes from one of the most mineral, stony tasting villages in the whole appellation. There's a lively, electric quality to it that feels like it belongs to its landscape nestled beneath the dramatic rocky outcrops of Solutr and Vergisson. Most of the grapes (90%) are grown on the north facing slopes of the famous Roche de Solutr, just within the village of Vergisson.
