Constructed of 18kt Gold, with blue, green, red, and white enamels, suspended from a fixed loop and swivel ring suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a white enamelled hollow construction Gold cross with Gold knots in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a blue enamelled centerpiece bearing a royal crown constructed of white,
