Serbia, Kingdom. An Order of Saint Sava, IV Class, by A. Bertrand, c. 1916 Republic of & Sailors Fallen in the(Orden Svetog Save). Instituted in 1883. In silver gilt, a Maltese cross in blue and white enamel, each of the arms finished with two ball finials, Serbian double eagles with shields in each corner, the obverse oval centerpiece bearing distinctive iconography of St. Sava, surrounded by inscription in blue enamel, reverse oval centerpiece bearing the date 1883 within a blue enameled outer circlet decorated with golden laurel wreath, inclusive of crown
