Frdric had worked at his family's Burgundian estate, Domaine Michel Lafarge, since 1978. They started with 2. 25 hectares and grew to over 6 hectares by 2022. Certified organic and Demeter biodynamic from the beginning. Bel Air comes from south southeast facing granite vineyards planted in 1950, 1969, and the 1970s. Vines are trained in traditional gobelet. The steepest parcels are
