while three additional rivets are distributed around the outer circumference to secure the internal fixtures in place

An RCAF Observer Wing, in white embroidery on black felt, padded, reverse reinforced, measures 83. 2 mm (w) x 29 mm (h), frayed at the edges, near very fine.
