Constructed of two pieces of pewter, consisting of a chalice bearing a carefully engraved Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, topped by a domed lid bearing a raised and wreathed mobile swastika, with the edge circumscribed by an engraved inscription of "NICHT EINZELLEISTUNG SONDERN GEMEINSCHAFTSLEISTUNG" (NOT INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE, BUT COMMUNITY PERFORMANCE), with the signature of Reichsmarschall Hermann Gring,
