Schiavenza is a small, deeply traditional estate based in Serralunga d'Alba one of the most powerful, age worthy of the Barolo communes. The family farms 8. 95 hectares of vines including the celebrated crus of Prap, Cerretta, and Broglio, and works in a resolutely old school style: long macerations, native yeasts, large Slavonian oak botti. The Langhe Nebbiolo bottling is the entry to that
