Owner Bruce Murray acquired the 120 acre property in 2007 and planted the estate vineyard in 2013 with Cabernet Franc and other cool climate varieties. The 2024 blend is 75% Cabernet Franc and 25% Merlot, with 85% of the Cabernet Franc and all Merlot from Boundary Breaks' estate, supplemented by older (2005 planted)
