The weight is similar to the 14 oz. jersey that we used to carry (perhaps this is a tad more substantial), but even better, with a doubleknit construction so lays flat and looks the same on both sides. The color is sand (PANTONE 14 1209 is close). It's opaque, exceptionally soft and supple, elastic with terrific recovery and a lovely drape that has a bit of body. Excellent
