Each collar is individually cut, "chaos quilted" in an irregular pattern and then shrunk by washing, agitating and heating to achieve the unique finish. Cropped peplum cardigan with multi way ties at neckline, bust and waist. Spiral cut peplum with "drips" at center front. Fully lined in cotton.
