With a rosette in the same fabric at the waist, its centre a black and blue diamante button for sparkle. Zip at rear that goes through both petticoat and main dress. Label and brand date to the late 60s early 70s from the high end fashion house "Helga" based in California. Fabric: Silk Measurements: Armpit to armpit: 46cm
